FoR is based in a beautiful Georgian building on Paradise Street, central Oxford. Our office is on the first floor. We have a small Peace Library full of books on nonviolence and reconciliation.
Located behind the Castle Quarter and adjacent to the Westgate Shopping Centre, Peace House is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Train and Coach Stations.
In the heart of things, yet surprisingly quiet, our building is warm and welcoming, with Tardis-like properties, and has the cheapest hire rate per day in Oxford.

Meeting Room Hire
Are you seeking that elusive space for your group meetings: inexpensive, reliable and flexible (equipped for hybrid meetings)?
Planning an away day and need a pleasant venue to gather and think in?
Our accessible ground floor Hodgkin Room Meeting Space is available for hire on a sessional basis.
There are special rates available for community groups and discounts for first-time hirers and regular bookings.
Offices For Hire
A home office, away from home.
We have three spaces currently for hire. One larger office (three desks), one medium-sized office, and one smaller room which can easily fit one person and desk (or two people for a meeting). All are available immediately at very reasonable rates.
Don’t need the space all week or only for a short time?
The rooms/desks can also be hired for a day/week/month on a fixed or rolling basis.
